在机组初次投入使用，运行于工作状态之后（或实际运行3-4小时），应再次停机检查两联轴器同轴度是否发生变化，如有变动可仍然按上述机组的安装与检查中的规定来调节联轴器同轴度，直到符合要求且泵轴能用手轻松盘动时即可。
